I walked up to the counter to purchase fuel and politely greeted the manager — a heavy-set woman with blue eyes — and she completely ignored me. No eye contact, no acknowledgment, nothing. It was as if I wasn’t even there. This kind of disrespect is unacceptable, especially coming from someone in a managerial position. Truck drivers like me rely on places like Flying J for decent treatment and basic courtesy. If this is the kind of people they choose to represent their brand, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
