  I was given an offer and they said they do an inspection they sent us to lunch. We came back and I was accused of hiding damage because I didn’t know the water pump was broken. The price came down more and basically I was just insulted and jerked around.

  I delivered new camper there they are very nice, timely on get me in and out despite the ugly cold weather will definitely go on my driver friendly list

  UPDATE!! We went back and dealt with Maddie and purchased our new RV from her. She is very knowledgeable about pretty much every unit they have and is not pushy. Highly recommend her. Also everyone we dealt with was very helpful. Had a really good shopping experience with Maddie. She took the time and listened to what I was looking for and wasnt pushy. Would definitely recommend dealing with her!

  Camper isn’t too bad. We bought an alpha wolf 28’ TT. The service is a little different. Nothing is actually in warranty. The ac failed in about 3 -4 months. I diagnosed the issue (licensed and factory authorized by Carrier/Bryant). They said their guy had to do it. I called up to discuss this and the annual check on the entire camper to find out he isn’t even licensed at HVAC, but “certified by camping world” (whatever that means). They wouldn’t accept my diagnosis, but will take his even though he’s not legally allowed to touch the refrigeration side. Anyway, I inquired on the annual service to find that I’d have to bring it in and yes it will probably be there for a “few months” as they wait for the new ac to come in. They would go ahead and do the gel coat and wash to the tune of around $900. So I leave my junk up there for uncertified mechanics to work on for “months” on a camper that is practically brand new. Hard pass. I’ll do it myself. They claim the ac is not serviceable and they would need that time as well to replace the ac. Well, I serviced it and you can tell GE I did it. They’re welcome to call as I’d love to talk with them about their quality control and constant failures noted not just from me. A tap valve and some 410a has the ac working again. It’s a small leak and I may weld it eventually. The takeaway here is a reminder that your warranty comes with a cost. What the bold print gives, the fine print takes away. If you’re not mechanically inclined, find someone who is that you can trust. I repaired the ac in about 30 minutes which included setting up the ladder. Much better than “months” and you need to let us wash it too for $$. This place would do well or anyone else out there for that matter who wants to start a mobile business for rv washings/gel coats. Leaving your camper for months with no insight on a completion date is poor business. Additionally DO NOT SIGN THEIR LOANS!! I cannot stress this enough. After a year of double payments, we actually owed more on the camper. We refinanced with ALL-IN and they gave them a very hard time getting the payoff and eliminating the predatory loan. Now we are on the way to this camper actually being ours in the next 2 years instead of building a mountain of debt. Be careful out there as these places aren’t looking out for your best interest even though they’re making a big sale.

  We recently took our living quarters horse trailer to Campers World in Dothan, AL for repairs to the bathroom subfloor, replaced water pump, a few more small things. Although there was a delay in service (we were expecting a quicker turn around then what actually happened) due to being down to one technician. They still worked hard and delivered a repaired trailer on time (we had a deadline of when we needed it back). The flooring work is excellently done IMO. Somer in services was great to work with. The only con is that it is hard at times to get a direct answer when calling in but it’s not for the lack of staff. There is just so many of them to go around! Always pleasant to speak with on the phone. Email communications were great, pictures included of damage and then repair. Thank you again to the staff and technicians who repaired our trailer so we could get back to horsing around 🐎
