- KBKarlye BrowningAug 11, 20251.0Lady at the desk… OLD & RUDE.. How do you tow someone’s else vehicle after an accident then wanna charge them 1000s of dollars to just get their belongings. Never seen such rude employees before.. Don’t go here & def DO NOT CALL FOR TOWING PURPOSES. Rude & very unprofessional. They should be ashamed. & at the time when you give ppl your card you should also tell them how much you’re gonna charge them…. Maybe a little common knowledge for you..
- OLone loveJun 18, 20251.0🚨 Wayne’s Body Shop – BE CAUTIOUS After my accident, my car was towed here. I was told I had to pay hundreds of dollars just to access my personal belongings, including my ID. Only after referencing Alabama towing laws was I allowed in — under surveillance, timed, and with resistance. Once inside the gate, we were still met with a hard time. I later found multiple reviews saying the same. Know your rights if you end up here after an accident. Document everything and don’t go alone.
