- KKKado KayneDec 21, 20251.0UPDATE: Spoke with the shop. The manager was most definitely more than fair and explained everything that happened and offered solutions to make things right! Thanks for addressing everything and fixing the mishaps Unplugged dash camera for what reason? Charged shop supplies when nothing was replaced and I provided my own stuff. Also messed with stuff that didn't even need to be touched. My tank was over filled and diesel was wasted that I PAID for in my auxiliary tank and no one even tried to tell me about it. I found out because when I dropped off my truck I dropped it off with a little less than a half tank but picked it up the tank over filled and diesel leaking from the lines. I also have video and pictures for proof. Over priced as well and the diagnostic doesn't go towards repair if you decide to get the work done. I took to them so there wouldnt be unnecessary repairs. Trusting their professional knowledge but ended up having to tell them that what they said was the problem wasn't even it before they had to perform another diagnostic
