- MEMark EvansNov 13, 20251.0Worst buying experience ever. went to close out on the camper that was purchased from the sales person tj it was in the process of being cleaned up for delivery. we were told that they had to finish cleaning it. they stopped so we could do the walk through. the day that we picked up the camper. the bays were still nasty. not dirty nasty. got 3hrs away set the camper up the sink had mold in it and so did the refrigerator. the bathroom was dirty. the sleeper sofa had cobwebs and spider eggs under it. the sofa was also was dirty. the sells person Tj should have went through the camper to make sure it was clean before it left the clean up shop. guess all that really matters is that Tj made a sell. SHAME ON YOU TJ

She will stop by your site to see if everything is ok or if you need anything. She truly cares for the campers and their happiness. We’ve stayed there several times and will always go back when in Alabama.

Percy was very good at the walkthrough checking everything out and making sure everything was in working order. Trey did everything he could to make sure I got on the road in proper working order with my truck he went above and beyond the call of duty and camping world is very fortunate to have him as an employee.
- RERick ErnstNov 1, 20254.0Attitude is everything in customer service! I was met with a friendly smile and positive attitude by both greeter and Colleen at the service desk. They were helpful and friendly. Stated up front that they could not fix my generator as they do not service them. Fair enough. I gave 4 stars because attention to detail is also important with customer service. I paid for 4 slide outs to be serviced with one slide not closing properly. (Top of slide stays open by 1”) They performed slide service and reported no issues without ever looking at the actual complaint. It remains open. They offered to “squeeze me in” the waiting list for the next two days looking for an opening but we were in route and didn’t have the two days to wait for service already paid for. My trust had been compromised in their ability to do the job so I opted to move on. As a former business owner I applaud the overall success of welcoming customers and maintaining a positive environment. They fell short in accomplishing the goal with lack of attention to detail. I left feeling good about the company but unsure about their service abilities.
