We came to this registry for our son's class 5 road test. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts at a different Sherwood Park Registry. Being that my son had not passed previously, I wanted to express some concerns with the examiner at this location. I believe the examiner's name is Karan. He was ABSOLUTLY wonderful to deal with. He sat down with my son and I in the waiting area and I was able to express my concern that the previous examiners all seemed to have different expectations or standards for what they were looking for during the road test. Karan went into detail for the things that he wanted to see from my son during the road test and off they went.
I'm not giving 5 stars because my son passed, although he did. I'm giving 5 stars for the fact that Karan spent the time to go over his expectations BEFORE the test. He truly wanted my son and all drivers, to pass, but above all to pass drivers that are safe drivers. I would 100% recommend this AMA location and Karan for your next road test

I booked my son at this location for a road test. They send the results in a non convertible file that could not be accessed.
There is no way to review the feedback. I called AMA. They said it’s a known problem and told me there is nothing they can do about it.
It is ridiculous to pay for a service and not get the results/feed back. I would like a refund for this booking if I cannot be provided the results and constructive criticism.

Wanted to make an appointment, willing to remain on hold rather than call back. Message asked for phone number and name or cancel, I cancelled and it said goodbye. See you ama, going to another service!
Reply to ama response.
Your blanket response had nothing to do with you not meeting my insurance needs. This response is as bad as my initial experience with the phone system you have set up!

Customer service was terrible Oct 31 2025x
Waited in line for over 30 mins with only 3 people at the customer service counters.
The the female worker said she couldn’t help me. Didn’t even try.
Went there to book a road test.
Drove into Edmonton to a different AMA.
Sherwood Park, if I could give you zero I would.
