It ended up being 5 weeks and had to be towed to a Mazda dealership to correctly be fixed. As a student during exam season it was a horrible pain. $1200 and 5 weeks is a lot for anyone. I wasn’t even gonna write a review until I get a text begging for a 5 start review so their employees can be graded a paid. Outrageous. I was unable to pick my car when it was ready (a Friday) due to my school clinical so we asked the car to be plugged in during -30 for the weekend and Monday morning I’d get it. The car was not plugged in and barely started. Moral of the story stop begging for reviews, start being more conscious of you customers, and don’t take 5 weeks. Please do not try and “reach out” I don’t want to talk to you guys

Stopped at Hyundai where they checked the car and confirmed the converter was bad but they couldn’t help as they didn’t have parts. Service manager recommended going to the Muffler Man. Muffler Man, Scott, squeezed me into their full day so I could get back on the road. And his mechanic stayed on his lunch break to do the work!
