Pros: Great exercise program: You’ll get lots of steps pacing back and forth wondering why your car still sounds like it’s dying after you just paid hundreds of dollars. Impressive imagination: They charged me for repairs that were never done and parts that were never installed. Bold artistic choices. Confidence is sky-high: They were absolutely sure they knew what was wrong with my vehicle… until it turned out they didn’t fix that either. Houdini-level management: Tried to talk to the manager, but she vanished faster than my money. Truly magical. Cons: Actual repairs? Apparently optional. My vehicle came back with the same issues, plus a few new ones for flavor. Parts you pay for but never see: Maybe they installed them on someone’s car. Just not mine. Accountability? Couldn’t find any. Maybe it was hiding with the manager. Customer service: Let’s just say I’ve had better conversations with my check-engine light. Overall: If you enjoy paying for fantasy repairs, invisible parts, and a manager who retreats like she’s in a stealth video game, this is the place for you. Otherwise, steer far, far away.

The team here was excellent, they completed the service quickly, were upfront about everything they checked, and reassured me that my brakes were in great shape despite being told otherwise elsewhere. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION. “BOOKED” MY TRUCK IN FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE, WAS TOLD “BRING IT IN TOMORROW ANYTIME IN THE AFTERNOON” I CAME THE NEXT DAY WHEN IT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME IN THE AFTERNOON AND GOT TOLD TO GO AWAY “I DON’T HAVE TIME” THE OWNER WAS ESPECIALLY ARROGANT AND RUDE ABOUT THE WHOLE ORDEAL, THEY REFUSED TO GO THE EXTRA MILE TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! IT DOESN'T TAKE AN HOUR TO DROP THE OIL OUT OF A 1/2 TON TRUCK… INCREDIBLY LAZY AND RUDE STAFF… GOT TREATED LIKE DIRT, AFTER RIPPING PEOPLE OFF FOR YEARS AMONG OTHER THINGS, I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS CLOWN IS STILL IN BUSINESS…BOYCOTT THIS PLACE!!!

Great communication and even when I made a mistake they had me come back in a scanned my vehicle at no cost and said what I could do to fix it. Thanks Chris an Shawna really appreciate taking your time to help with my concerns and walk me through the minor fix I could do at home to save me money. Will definitely be sending my family’s trucks there again
