Waited on hold for over 15 mins, repeated hearing msg: "your call is very important, we will be with you shortly". First msg said 8 min wait, due to busy times!! Ended up hanging up after 20 mins.

I always drove by this place but actually coming inside it looks as impressive as it does outside. Lots of sunlight in the day time and really clean, the receptionist is always busy but makes sure you are looked after no matter what your need. Employees are super chill and friendly and are very understanding if you show them kindness back.
