Poor service, when ama accidentally linked the wrong person to my membership, they refused to refund me even though i was unable to access my membership benefits during the period and lost money. Insurance services are expensive and they dont act like they care about you or your business and they cannot accomodate for their customers policy changes.

I went to sort out some insurance stuff with my dad, and we were immediately greeted and taken in as a walk in appointment. No wait time which was nice. The person helping us, Abigail, was really knowledgeable and very friendly, we're a funny family and she kept up with our jokes. She helped us review everything, helped us save money and offered referrals where appropriate, without being pushy. She was really patient with my dad who likes a lot of detail. At the Registry services desk, the people were also super helpful. I didn't get the first person's name who helped us but Madison helped me at the business services desk and was also patient with me as I learned the ins and outs of finally an annual return. Highly recommend!
