My husband passed away in September, and I wanted to change some policys, called AMA at 10:30 this morning, and all there was, was a recording each time and no way to talk to a person, now it's 4:30. We have been members since 2004. Maybe it might be time to rethink...

Great service. Went to register a vehicle and get new plates.
Some staff were on lunch so the supervisor Kevin stepped in and helped customers.

You know it's good to go in there and get your license plates. And long as you're a member, the lineups aren't too bad. I just wish they had more staff work in there. But other than that it's it's pretty quick and easy
