Then I went to the service personally. A girl on the reception listened my request and even wrote down my VIN. She said that she needs to advice with mechanics and she will call back. Again, of course nobody called back. Conclusion: if there is such a service on the start, then what to expect later? I decided not to go there and leave my car.

The service from German car specialties is outstanding attention to detail and Technical knowledge of my late model Mercedes.Between Ben my service advisor and the technicians they provided me with options on the repair and very detailed report. These people truly care about German cars and it shows. I would purchase more older German vehicles just so I can continue to deal with them five stars or 10 out of 10 I will be back again
