- OHOwen HoDec 26, 20255.0I recently had my Audi B8.5 S4 taken in to do preventative maintenance. I had my PCV valve, thermostat, and water-pump replaced along with an oil change and walnut blast. The consultation was straight to the point, clear and concise. The service was performed professionally, timely and thoughtfully by Mike Breel. I would definitely recommend GCS to people unable to perform maintenances at home. GCS also offered me a complementary hand exterior wash which left my car looking absolutely phenomenal - my salt stained floor mats were left spotless as well.

While they were not able to complete a full diagnosis they were able to trouble shoot and provide options on potentially solving the issue. Brittany called back twice to provide further thoughts on solutions but we ultimately made the decision to tow the vehicle back to their shop in Calgary. All work was then completed quickly and we had the car back in two days. Great service. Dedicated, solution driven and customer focused.
