These were reported to me 3 hours before the shop closed for the weekend. Really showed the respect the mechanics have for their trade, to commit to the repair and complete it in such a narrow time frame. When my truck was ready, I received a phone call and an e mail with a detailed report on the work done and items of concern noted during their pre inspection. Top notch service and very fair prices. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good diesel repair shop.

- SBSahil BathlaOct 19, 20251.0Its a long story but to make it short worst mechanic shop to exist my truck was diagnosed with one failed injector but then they recommended all the injectors or they wont warranty the work so decided to get all of them and new injection pump was done 12000$ later i picked up my truck it would die at idle or going down highway they had truck for another day said only thing they can think of is fuel filter i get that done and when i went there to pick it up fuel is leaking from frame filter they broke the housing thy replace that truck still dying and me keep taking it back and charging me more $$ for diagnoses and it still running like shit. And finally they gave up and told me it is what it is lol.i can write so many things that were wrong but it would make it so long NEVER EVER GO TO THIS SHOP NO MATTER HOW BAD YOU NEED MECHANIC. Troy was my service writer.

Dropped my truck off first thing in the morning and received a call during the afternoon that they had not even ordered parts yet. On top of that the desk person upped my original quote of $600 to $900-$1500, over 50% more than the original quote. Called them again later that day and they still didn’t have parts in. At the end of the second day they had finally completed the oil change but I noticed as I was driving my truck down the highway it would shake when accelerating over 100km/per hr. All said and done oil change cost me over $800 and a new shake in my truck. This is not an old truck either, it’s a 2019 dodge ram 1500 and I understood the transmission fluid change would cost a fair amount because they are finicky (hence why I took it to a shop) but this is ridiculous. I checked the wheel weights and all are still on and the transmission itself feels fine so it is a mystery but I can guarantee I did not have that shake before. I would not recommend this shop
