Understaffed, long long long wait line at the registry... No one seems to fussed to make things move a bit quicker.

The insurance department is busy, I understand that, so I did what AMA recommends and booked an appointment. However day and time came of the appointment and no call. I called the centre shortly after my meeting window closed, no answer, so I left a message stating I needed a response by end of the day. Still no call. Does nobody regularly check the voicemail? Ended up having to wait 1.5 hours on hold into the evening, with the automated voice telling me every 20 minutes I could book an appointment to save the time (which I did, and it didn't help me). Utterly ridiculous way to treat members and customer. I would like someone in management to follow-up on how I will be compensated for this treatment and waste of time.

Jim at the front door at the Willow park AMA puts a smile on everyone’s face and ensures all your needs are directed to the proper waiting area. Extremely patience gentleman, especially demographics of this location. Brad also did the paperwork I needed at this visit, and made sure my situation is understood and apply their services accordingly

I typically go to AMA on 17th Ave, and they provide a wonderful service. Here in Willowpark they are grossly understaffed resulting in unacceptably long wait times.

Called late a night cause we had a leak in our roof, within the hour AMA had their adjusters and restoration team calling us. Very impressed. Louise was the lady who took care of everything for us and stood up for us in so many ways. Thank you for being amazing
