I called the centre shortly after my meeting window closed, no answer, so I left a message stating I needed a response by end of the day. Still no call. Does nobody regularly check the voicemail? Ended up having to wait 1.5 hours on hold into the evening, with the automated voice telling me every 20 minutes I could book an appointment to save the time (which I did, and it didn't help me). Utterly ridiculous way to treat members and customer. I would like someone in management to follow-up on how I will be compensated for this treatment and waste of time.

My driver's licence is due soon. Do I have to book and appointment to renew?
You do not have to book an appointment to renew your driver's licence. Just stop by one of our centres and someone from our registries team will assist you with the renewal.
Do you offer an international driver's licence here?
We sure do. The test costs $17.60, plus the cost of getting your Driver's License after you pass. Visit our website and search for 'Drivers Licence Testing' to find all the information, including what to bring with you. Good luck!
