The place is nice and comfortable, good service, only the wait time was quite way too long. Now this is something that does not affect my review because this is not unique of AMA and other places offered similar rates or worse: auto insurance in Alberta is sadly very, and I mean VERY expensive, to a point I feel stupid for spending so much money with one single car.

Went with my wife to get auto insurance and everyone was super nice, Abel helped us get the best deal and was a delight to talk with. Will definitely be back again. Also the interior is probably the nicest of all AMA offices!

This was just an addition to my existing insurance, but the experience was terrible. The agent did not explain anything properly, gave vague answers, and seemed more focused on earning her commission than actually helping me. She didn’t make me understand my charges and was completely unprofessional. AMA clearly doesn’t value loyal customers — I’ve been with them for a while, but after this experience, I’m just waiting to get out of their service. I definitely don’t recommend AMA for insurance if you end up with the same agent.Westbrook AMA

I had a roadside assistance call today with Daryl. He was extremely friendly and kind and was able to help me with my battery issue. He went above and beyond and was able to save me from having to tow my car into the shop. Thankyou for your time and expertise! highly recommend AMA. Wait times are nothing in comparison to the costs of service and towing you would have to pay without their help. I recommend having an AMA membership as it’s been a blessing these past few years. Gift that keeps on giving :).
