Now this is something that does not affect my review because this is not unique of AMA and other places offered similar rates or worse: auto insurance in Alberta is sadly very, and I mean VERY expensive, to a point I feel stupid for spending so much money with one single car.

She didn’t make me understand my charges and was completely unprofessional. AMA clearly doesn’t value loyal customers — I’ve been with them for a while, but after this experience, I’m just waiting to get out of their service. He went above and beyond and was able to save me from having to tow my car into the shop. Thankyou for your time and expertise! highly recommend AMA. Wait times are nothing in comparison to the costs of service and towing you would have to pay without their help. I recommend having an AMA membership as it’s been a blessing these past few years. Gift that keeps on giving :).

Can I renew my passport here, or can I only get a picture for it?
We offer passport photo services at all of our centres across Alberta. To learn more about this, visit ama.ab.ca/personal/passport-photo. On that page on our website, you'll also find resources on how to apply for your Canadian Passport. You can get those application forms from your nearby postal outlet or passport office. My driver's licence is due soon. Do I have to book and appointment to renew?
You do not have to book an appointment to renew your driver's licence. Just stop by one of our centres and someone from our registries team will assist you with the renewal.
Do you offer an international driver's licence here?
We sure do. The test costs $17.60, plus the cost of getting your Driver's License after you pass. Visit our website and search for 'Drivers Licence Testing' to find all the information, including what to bring with you. Good luck!
Is there a way to get a in-transit sticker for a vehicle to move?

Can I use the registry services if I am not a member?
At AMA, our registry services are member exclusive. However, you can visit our registry with someone who has an active AMA membership to use our services. Being a member does offer plenty of value. You can save and get rewarded for purchases at retailers and brands you love. You can also enjoy deals to earn AMA reward dollars, which can pay for your annual membership.
