As a client, I shouldn’t have to keep following up myself just to get what was promised. It’s been over two months, and even the phone lines are not reachable. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional service from AMA. At this point, I’m genuinely considering canceling my membership because of the lack of accountability and communication. I hope AMA takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service process.

My driver's licence is due soon. Do I have to book and appointment to renew?
You do not have to book an appointment to renew your driver's licence. Just stop by one of our centres and someone from our registries team will assist you with the renewal.
Do you offer an international driver's licence here?
We sure do. The test costs $17.60, plus the cost of getting your Driver's License after you pass. Visit our website and search for 'Drivers Licence Testing' to find all the information, including what to bring with you. Good luck!
