Having just one staff member serving the registry lineup is just plain sad. Go here if you have lots of time left in your life and are looking to waste it here standing in queue

We waited about 30 minutes to be helped by a representative named Alma Koleci. We had some simple questions about our car and tenant insurance policies, such as whether someone not listed on the policy could drive the car. Instead of giving direct answers, she gave us long explanations that felt more like lectures than helpful information. Throughout the conversation, she often avoided answering clearly, and we had to repeat our questions several times. The whole experience was frustrating and exhausting. She even made a comment at the end saying, “You guys don’t come back for my help, just talk — I’m joking,” which felt unprofessional. The meeting took far too long for such simple questions, and her tone made us feel talked down to. I’ll definitely avoid this location in the future.

What a bittersweet moment this is. Two months ago, my daughter faced a difficult experience when she was denied the opportunity to take her road test due to concerns about her visibility and not meeting the proper requirements. The supervisor at the time was unprofessional and indifferent to our worries, which made us feel overlooked and disappointed. When I shared our concerns with the branch manager, she sincerely apologized and took immediate steps to ensure my daughter wouldn't face such treatment again. She has supported us tirelessly, ensuring my daughter has everything she needs to be ready for her test. After months of waiting and perseverance, my daughter finally got the chance to retake her road test and was overjoyed to pass. I want to deeply thank Patty for her kindness and dedication. She truly went above and beyond to restore our faith and make my daughter feel valued and cared for.
