I took my younger boys to go see David on Tuesday Dec. 30. We were in auditorium 11 and it was extremely cold in there. Either the heat was broken in that auditorium or they couldn’t afford to turn it up. We even had blankets with us and we froze the entire time. We almost got up and left at one point, but we really wanted to see how the movie ended. Also, all the side lights on the walls that were left on during the movie flickered the entire time. It was very distracting and took away from the experience. Also, the sound was a little wonky and echoey in that auditorium at times. It was our first time at this theatre, as we just moved to the surrounding area, and it was not a good experience sadly. We will have to find a new theatre to go to in the future.

Your general manager, Nathan Graf, needs to be looked into at best, terminated at worst. We invited 40+ people to book a full theater rental (with confirmed payment and receipts, months in advance). The evening we show up, Nathan didn’t have a clue what was going on, and the entire thing had to be cancelled. Dozens of people forced to either drive home or squeeze into leftover seats at the next showing, all because nobody at Marcus knows how to communicate. Ridiculous.

yeah so i was with a group of friends who had originally rented a entire room for Wicked 2, when we arrived we were told that they didn't have a reservation and tried to simply give us free movie vouchers and tried to avoid giving the refund of the reservation. In the end we were all very very upset because our plan was ruined because of the irresponsibility and unprofessionalism of this Theater and management. Anyways the movie was good, I would have liked a different spot but couldn't because of terrible management!

My friends had rented out a private theater for our group of friends and even though they had it booked with a contract a month in advance, the manager failed to uphold their end of the contract and had nothing for our group of 30 when we showed up the day of. Although he proceeded to hand us free movie vouchers for a different visit, he tried to avoid having conversation about processing a refund for the private screening and then left the theater. We were very disappointed in the service given to us from the manager.
