- MHMolly Hutson4 days ago5.0I brought my 2 boys here yesterday to meet a friend and her son and we all had a BLAST! I was very impressed with how much there was to do but also how spacious it was. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the facility- bathrooms, cubby area, water fountains, etc. Very cool that they have cafe and party rooms! My older son already wants his birthday party here. Such a blessing to have places like this for kids to run in the winter and the crappy weather days!

Big kids too big for the stuff there running around, bullying toddlers, purposely trying to launch them off the jump pillow. Staff doesn’t watch. Clearly parents don’t either. Won’t be back.
- JPJulie ParrishOct 26, 20253.0Would've been 5 stars, but there's a lot of older kids who's parents aren't forcing them to follow the rules. Playing in the 3 and under area, playing with the 5 and under cars/toys, and all around being unsafe in many situations. This was the 1st time we went (on a weekend mind you, which I saw in another review you were going to have supervision for, but was none.) Three employees who pretty much stayed behind the counter the entire time. Had to be told the toilet paper was out (that should be checked throughout the day??), etc. Honestly, if your kids want to act like that, you should be given a warning or two, then be asked to leave. I understand toddlers don't get it, but I'm talking kids old enough to know better, and their parents don't give a crap. Shame on you! One boy in a striped shirt today was particularly an issue. Whipping the sit and bounce balls right past the heads of babies and toddlers, playing on the small wheeled ride on toys that are meant for 5 and under, some more like 2 and under, while zooming around way to fast like a lunatic. Seriously!? I know it's not the facilities fault EXACTLY, but maybe you should Crack down on that behavior. I know for a fact the 3 employees there seen things and did not say a word. I made some comments to some of the parents or to my friend, within their earshot. Still, most of the problems kept happening. I think in theory it's a great place. However you can definitely see the wear and tear done by older kids with lazy and irresponsible parents.
