- GGgrayDec 27, 20251.0So disappointed in the customer service; it unfortunately ruined my movie experience with how one of the workers handled a wrong order. When I went up to grab my food I politely told her I ordered two at the register, but she rudely dismissed me, handed me the food, and literally told me to "go to the back of the line" if I wanted another one (did NOT apologize at all, confirm my order, and spoke to me like I was an inconvience); I was far too uncomfortable to go back and order another one because of her dismissive tone. I hope there will be more customer service training done, because most of the workers were really nice despite the really big rush! Understandable if I was rude to her first, but I wasn't--it made me very sad and unlikely to order if I ever see her up there in the future. Also a side note, the bathrooms smelt a bit putrid so it was hard to even breathe in there. However, I want to hope that they did everything they could to follow protocols and cleanliness despite customer use!

Majority of people can not stand watching movies in 3d what a disappointment! On top of that they charge you more to watch it in 3D, Marcus theaters should be ashamed of themselves! For now on I will be streaming movies into my home so I have a choice
