  I have had three VHS video tapes transcribed to mp4 format, and I am thoroughly pleased. When you bring your data for transcription, Tom schedules you for an interview to learn of your expectations and desires. For example in my case, one of the tapes consisted of a VHS tape that was a transcription of 8mm silent movies. He added a music track I selected. I have the memories renewed for myself, and also, these are now very easy to share with other members of the family.
