  Great customer service! They had us on the court within minutes after check in, great manners and attitude, they were ready to tackle anything that came their way! Definitely recommend this place for a good family time or date night!

  I just want to recognize Nira because she genuinely made our whole visit. She was so kind, patient, and thoughtful in a way that didn’t feel forced at all, just genuinely caring. She made the experience feel comfortable and fun, and honestly felt more like a friend than an employee. I watched her go out of her way to look out for a young girl who was sad about not meeting the height requirement for one of the courses, and the way she handled it was so warm and sincere. You can tell she truly cares about people and brings really positive energy into the space. Nira is easily one of the best employees I’ve ever interacted with. She’s a great influence on the environment at Big Air, and she absolutely deserves recognition.

  Five stars—absolutely recommend! We went to this trampoline park today and had such a great experience, largely because of an employee named Nira. She was incredibly personal and genuinely tried to create a customized, positive experience for everyone she interacted with. You could tell she was upbeat and attentive, even though it may have been a long shift. One moment that really stood out was when a little girl was upset because she was too small to go on one of the attractions. Instead of brushing it off, Nira encouraged her to try another option—the long, fast, really cool big slide near the front checkout. You could literally see the little girl’s entire mood change. It clearly made her day, and moments like that matter. People like Nira often play what seems like a “small” role, but the impact they make is very real and long-lasting. They help create happy memories, and that deserves recognition. Making every guest feel seen and prioritized is not easy, and she did it effortlessly. Also—small but lovely touch—they gave out delicious candy canes at the end, which was such a sweet surprise. I’d highly recommend this place, especially for parties or big groups. Great energy, great staff, and a genuinely positive environment.

  Haley was crisp, prompt, handled the register fast, got us in and out quickly, and had a bright smile on her face while helping us. She was definitely the type of human being that anyone would want to hire! You guys are building leaders in your company, not just employees. Blessings.
