This place was way too loud with the music. The pizza was good though. This place is a scam for what it is especially for adults if they just go one time especially if they buy the socks for how small the place is. It should be one set price for everyone and a dollar for the socks. Adults may not ride as much as kids. The kids need to be told when to go like actual water parks. My nephew was still getting out when this little girl started on the slide. I hurried and got him out.

My kids had a blast at Slick City, but the price tag means it won’t be joining our regular rotation of local spots. Potential visitors should also be warned that it is INSANELY loud inside. The facility seems to have zero sound absorption, to the point that my Apple Watch kept going off with high-decibel warnings. While a lot of the volume naturally comes from excited children, playing music on top of that chaos feels completely unnecessary, The music makes it so loud that any announcements the staff attempts to make are completely drowned out. That being said, it really is a fun concept. If you go in prepared for the noise and the investment, the kids truly do have a fantastic time.

Our family is always looking for new activities and fun places to spend time and burn energy in the Wasatch Valley. Unfortunately, this is the first time in 10+ years that a place like this has not only insisted that we wear their specific socks, but also wouldn't let us trade in the socks we brought. They claimed that their socks were specially built for the slides, this was a lie and they ended up being exactly like every other pair of jump socks I've ever seen. I feel like when you get nickeled and dimed like this from the get go, this mentality typically leaks into other parts of the business. My kids also said they repeatedly got static shocked on the slides and that is was pretty painful, by the 5th or 6th time my 5 year old didn't want to ride anymore, and none of them have asked to go back, so I think this was a one and done type of place.

Guy with glasses and pinkish hair ruined our experience. During interaction, he stated “sorry I’m kind of blind.” As a response when given a response. Felt it was inappropriate and interaction was uncalled for. Prices are way too high for dumbed down “action” slides. MAKING you purchase their grip socks on top of wild admission prices. Definitely need a refund from our experience. Would not recommend or be willing to visit again.

Update: The manager called me shortly after our visit and my review and apologized and ensured they take this problem serious. It was really refreshing for management to reach out and wanted to rectify the situation and to make sure I was heard. If it were not for the manager’s call I would have left my original review but because they took the time and was extremely professional I change my rating to a 5 star. You need to be more attentive to the dodge ball area. Kids are getting out of control and trying to purposefully hurt other kids especially younger than them. There was no attendant most of the time we were there. Do better.
