  Amazing place to take your kid indoors. The slides are huge, the whole place is clean, organized, and the atmosphere is great. My daughter had an awesome time and stayed busy the entire visit. One of the best parts is being able to relax a little without constantly worrying because the setup feels safe and family friendly. Definitely a fun experience and we’ll be coming back again.

  The place is huge, clean, brand new and plenty of activities for kids to enjoy. Virginia and Sarai were outstanding hosts! They were very attentive, friendly, and helpful to our birthday party, kids loved them. Thank you for great service, we will be back!

  We recently hosted a birthday party at Slick City and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Despite informing the venue about our guest count nearly 2 weeks in advance, there were not enough plates, spoons, or forks available during the party. We repeatedly had to ask for basic things like water, lemonade refills, and pizza refills multiple times throughout the event. The assigned host was often unavailable and seemed more engaged in chatting than helping our party guests. It made hosting stressful instead of enjoyable. To make matters worse, the final checkout did not include a clear breakdown of charges, and we noticed guests from another party had been added to our bill. The kids still had fun with the attractions, but the party management and customer service experience definitely need significant improvement.

  Horrible experience. Even worse experience trying to get ahold of upper management or even a GM. Called the only number provided and spoke to their call center, staff and management several times. Wanted a refund after their slide caused an accident that resulted in paramedics coming and us going to the hospital. Staff sucked and was super ghetto. Management couldn’t be bothered to talk to me or even apologize or give refund. Hands down the absolute worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered. Don’t bother coming to this crap place.

  I had my daughter‘s 10th birthday party here, and it was an incredible experience! All the staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and on top of everything! The food was actually really good, I was surprised at the quality of the pizza for the birthday party (since it can be hit or miss at places like these) so good! The facility was very clean. We had a fantastic experience! I would definitely do another birthday party here again. And the kids had so much fun on the slides!! Honestly, next time I come, I’m probably going to do the slides with my kiddo lol!
