  We went on a Monday, and there were no lines at all. The place was very clean and well maintained. I was a little worried that my 6 year old might be scared of some of the slides or get hurt, but he ended up doing great. Both of my kids, ages 6 and 9, had a blast!

  I want to give a huge shoutout to Jonah for his amazing customer service and attention to detail with my son’s birthday package that I purchased through Groupon. From start to finish, he was patient, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer questions, made sure everything went smoothly, and immediately stepped in whenever assistance was needed. Kylah was also incredible and provided great support the entire time. They both took their jobs seriously and truly made us feel valued as customers. Their professionalism, teamwork, and positive attitudes helped make my son’s birthday experience even more special. Thank you both for going above and beyond!

  First time coming in. Not explained at all how we were supposed to use the mats. When asked they just said lay face down and walk away. Not helpful. Kept having to wait for the person to help us with the swing to come he kept talking to another employee. When we asked about the time we paid for they just pointed to the board as they did not want to attend to the question with words ! Horrible

  I had an absolute blast on all the slides — and I’m an adult! I heard they also have an adult night, and I’ll definitely be coming back for that. This is such a great place for families to have fun together, with plenty for both kids and parents to enjoy. Highly recommend for a fun day out!

  **edit** spoke to one of the managers who had taken my order for our food and she was so sweet and apologetic this place needs more people like her working here** First time coming here. There was a lot of confusion… my son went on his first slide and the attendant told him his wrist band was old ( we just got it not even 5 minutes ago) so we went back to the counter and the person who gave my son the wristband told us the attendant was confused. My son didn’t want to get back on the slides after that due to him thinking he was going to get sent back down. This was after my daughter told the attendant we just got there and it was their first ride. Then my son was given the wrong size iced and when i went to let the guy know he said “ bro u just got here” i told him i understand i just want to know what can be done about it. For the price you pay here you would think employees would be nicer
