Staff & General manager Nyree was very welcome and helpful! We had a hiccup with our reservation but Nyree got it taken care of quickly and with ease which made our experience from the get go 10x better. She even followed up with us when we were done making sure everything was good. This was the most fun we had in our trip, we had no kids with us, just a few adults living our best kid life. This place is fun for all ages! Very clean, very friendly staff.

My family and I had a terrible experience here, first and last time there; would absolutely not recommend. First off, the front check in area was 1. supposed to let us know that anyone accessing the attractions had to specifically have grippy socks, not just socks; I bought my 4 year old grippy socks and they let me go in with my regular socks; apparently that was not allowed, I got a talking in the facility 2. As a first time here, I had absolutely no clue all the slides were a “go down on your belly only” type of deal (There is a slide there that looks just like the fair ride big slides with the mats you sit on, which I assumed is how you went down it) and 3. Young children, my 4 year old daughter, were not allowed to be accompanied by their parents into the soft play structure. My daughter is autistic and will not go into play structures alone; after a worker told me I couldn’t go in with her after I had already been in with her for at least a half hour, I asked if an accommodation could be made due to her situation and it was denied. There is no one monitoring the huge slides on the top to make sure people are accessing them correctly which is actually wild; these are some seriously huge slides capable of really hurting kids. Once we got to the bottom, it was very apparent how unsafe it was to go down on your bottom. Absolutely no one told us how to access the attractions. In fact, a child about 10 years old had just went down the slides we had gone down when he dislocated his elbow at the bottom. That’s about the time all the workers started going around and actually doing their jobs when they were having to attend to him on one of the massage chairs. Saying “Oh! The front didn’t tell you all these things!?, they should have told you!” Well they didn’t. We left with a very upset 4 year old who did not understand why she couldn’t be there anymore. Terrible experience for Mother’s Day.

My daughter came with a friend and I came to pick her up. The rent a cop security is absolutely ridiculous and rude. You do not get into a parent face and yell he needs a damn wrist band. Im not paying to pick up my child I dropped off with her friend and friends family, and the same child I paid for. However looking at these reviews its very clear they staff at this location is struggling and its also very clear there is jo humanity and some real discrimination against kids with disabilities. For the way staff treats guests and the lack of real maintenance it really doesnt match the price tag.
