The staff was professional, friendly and concise, facility was clean. The kids had a blast and weren’t ready to leave. Concessions are a bit over-priced, so go hydrated and fed, as there are also no healthy choices besides water, I needed caffeine($5.40 for Diet Pepsi) and I promised the kids a dye ladened blue slush($4.99 each). Not a big deal as it’s not for long and for the kids…. If you or someone in your party have mobility issues please state that when booking a party bc they do not have an elevator to get elder or disabled family members to the second level where bday parties are held. The kids loved it. It’s amazing for sensory seeking kids and getting the wiggles out on rainy or stormy days! Also, their a/c works well in the Texas heat. They have so many slides and the kids loved it. Totally worth it all!

I had such a great experience at Slick City! Presley and Tyson really made the visit stand out. They were both super friendly, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly the whole time we were there. You can tell they actually care about making sure guests have a fun and safe experience. Presley was especially attentive and had such a positive attitude, and Tyson kept the energy up while making sure everything stayed organized. It’s rare to come across staff who go out of their way like that. Overall, amazing customer service and a really fun environment. Definitely coming back!

    If I could give this 0 stars I would because the staff here at slick city Frisco needs to learn to treat his guests better.(specifically the manager. Who is a bald Caucasian male) Kicked me and a couple friends out because we “didn’t stay on the sliding mat in the air on the long jump slide” it’s scary enough but then having to hold onto the mat with the worry of being kicked out if you let go is terrible. Visit a different slick city if your thinking about visiting. ________ . _____ . ___________ . ________ . ________ ________ . _____ . ___________ . ________ . ________ ________ . _____ . ___________ . ________ . ________ ________ . _____ . ___________ . ________ . ________ ________ . _____ . ___________ . ________ . ________ ________ . _____ . ___________ . ________ . ________ _______ . _____ . ___________ . ________ . ________ ________ . _____ . ___________ . ________ . ________ ________ . _____ . ___________ . ________ . ________ ________ . _____ . ___________ . ________ . ________ ________ . _____ . ___________ . ________ . ________ ________ . _____ . ___________ . ________ . ________ _______ . _____ . ___________ . ________ . ________ ________ . _____ . ___________ . ________ . ________ ________ . _____ . ___________ . ________ . ________ ________ . _____ . ___________ . ________ . ________ ________ . _____ . ___________ . ________ . ________ ________ . _____ . ___________ . ________ . ________ _______ . _____ . ___________ . ________ . ________ ________ . _____ . ___________ . ________ . ________ ________ . _____ . ___________ . ________ . ________ ________ . _____ . ___________ . ________ . ________ ________ . _____ . ___________ . ________ . ________ ________ . _____ . ___________ . ________ . ________

A few slides look defective there's separation on the slides where there shouldn't be. Even the off-ramp saftey mats aren't as inflated as other Slick Cities I've attended causing hard landings. Overcrowded they're not enforcing time restrictions. Poorly managed, extremely dirty, the restrooms smelled like dog and urine. I will never return.

Nick (manager?) was extremely rude. I’m reviewing this experience only, not the business as a whole. Our group has been attending Slick City’s homeschool sessions since they started. I confirmed the date/time (4/11 at 11am) earlier in the month, and there was nothing online indicating they’d be closed. I even checked again right before leaving (still showed 11am opening). We arrived a few minutes early and waited outside. At 10:59am, Nick unlocked and opened the door for another employee to come in. Assuming they were opening, as it was already 11am at this point, I pulled the door to open it, but he pulled it back, cracked it open to stick his head out, and in a very rude tone said they had a private event and weren’t open. Before I could clarify, he shut and locked the door. I stayed outside to wait for clarification and to let friends we invited know what was going on. A few minutes later, Nick reopened the door and said the “private event” was now open and the homeschool session was still happening. When I asked his name, he replied “Nick” in the same condescending tone he'd been taking with me. This time he added a big fake smile for good measure. His attitude was hostile from the start. My kids(teens) even pointed out that he continued staring me down as we walked in. One parent went to ask staff (not sure if it was Nick) why there was a field trip going on during the homeschool time slot. He said they couldn’t decline it because “it made the company a lot of money” but that it wouldn’t happen again. Up until this, staff has always been friendly and helpful, which made this interaction stand out even more. This was my first time encountering Nick and hopefully my last.
