  The women's bathroom was atrocious. The first stall didn't have a toilet seat on the toilet. There was one stall that had yellow tape roping it off for use. The bathroom was just dirty in general, despite us being in a movie with only 5 people total. The food arrived late even after being ordered for a certain time days in advance. The movie theater was clean and the seats were comfortable.

  This is my 2nd visit in 2 months. Both visits I did not receive my food at the time it was to be brought to my seat. Went to follow up 30 mins later after the movie had already started. The first time I had to go out twice because someone only brought drinks and no food. There are plenty of people standing around at the concession stand not assisting others and seemed annoyed when I followed up on the orders. Only reason why I am giving an extra star was cause the ticket takers at both times were the only ones that helped get the orders.

  The bartender at the movie tavern is so distasteful, I asked for a lemon and he literally picked the lemon with his bare unwashed hand and handed it to me. Please do better and have better customer service. Thanks !

  I think it's an awesome place. Seems like the thought process behind this theater franchise adheres to the mindset of someone who really has an appreciation for the magic of the theatre. I fully appreciate this aspect. This makes what I have to say next so disappointing. I don't care about mushy burgers or that other nonsense mentioned by these other reviewers. Back in the day there were no burgers and all that other nonsense served at the theatre. Every other aspect I would expect out of a movie theatre is what the Movie Tavern provides, but it is a cardinal sin to have to ask an employee to go in the back to fetch salt for your popcorn. Yes, SALT?! They don't even have it out for you to use and the person behind the counter does not allow you to pump your own butter on your popcorn. This place serves alcohol, food and all this other nonsense but does not allow you to pump your own butter, has some orange nonsense butter salt that you have to ask for and they have to walk 5 minutes to the back every time I go there to get salt packets and for this I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 5. This is a grotesque abomination. I'm sorry guys. lol

  Horrible. Every time. Waited 40 minutes for a drink that was preordered to be brought out just to have to leave the movie theatre halfway through missing parts to be told to go up to confession to go get it myself. This happens everytime. Only part of my order is brought. Everyone is just standing around not caring. Not a single thing was even scanned. Anyone can just walk in grab whatever. Watch whatever. I don’t suggest even bothering buying tickets. Just walk right in. And pop out 10 minutes later saying you never got your food they’ll send you right to concession and hand it over.
