Very fun for my daughters (4 & 6) and for myself (30 lol). I wasn’t sure if it’d be too old for them but it was perfect! It’s meticulously clean, safe, and a unique experience that I’d recommend to anyone with kids that are 4+ and even for us adults who are kids at heart. Younger kids do have a small play area which is great to keep younger siblings engaged but it wouldn’t be worth the trip imo for just young toddlers. Every employee I had an interaction with was very pleasant and helpful. My 4 year old loved it so much she asked if we could just live there so we didn’t need to leave lol

Wasn't to packed which worked out great for me and my Granddaughter. Lyric (team member) was very nice to speak with. This time of day was perfect!! We'll definitely be back soon.

Fun and exciting, great for all ages! There are slides for most everyone, but a lot of stairs. There are two basketball courts, arcade games, good snacks, and more. I only wish they had dodge ball and a whirlpool slide, but oh well, it's still enjoyable. Be careful with long hair though it might get caught underneath, since you're going down head first, but maybe that's just my worries. Will come again.

This was our first time at Slick City for our granddaughter’s birthday party, and unfortunately it will likely be our last. Our party host was friendly and did his best to keep everything on schedule, which we appreciated. However, overall customer service was disappointing. It often felt like the focus was more on making money than providing a good guest experience. Several family members spent a lot at the snack bar, but the food quality did not match the high prices. The nachos were extremely spicy due to the chili and not enjoyable. There was also confusion about drink refills—my niece was told she could get a refill, but when she returned, she was charged. Additionally, some staff monitoring activities did not appear very professional or engaged. For a venue that hosts birthday parties and large groups, we expected better food quality, clearer communication, and more consistent customer service.

Thrilling and fun but fantastically overpriced. They don’t have any monthly subscription. $25 minimum per visit unless you’re a toddler. And watch out, the sock police are on patrol. If you don’t have your magical Slick City socks which are somehow different than every other place, you’ll have to pay another $5. — Since Slick City decided to reply to my review with their complete garbage boiler plate corporate response, I’m posting a photo to call them out. The Altitude socks are the ones they said weren’t up to standard. Anyone notice how they have the exact same rubber pattern and coverage as Slick City’s socks? Want to try again? I’m lowering my review to 1 star now.
