Was very clean and the atmosphere was very nice. It was a Thursday afternoon so there wasn't a crowd and had no lines to wait in. My 10 year old daughter loved it!

I am giving this park only 3 stars because for the money I had to sell out for the time the kids at my son's birthday party got to play was NOT worth the money. I will say the facility was clean and most of the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Be mindful if you go on a Saturday they shut down for Glow night at 8pm. Yes it does cost extra, you have to pay almost $40 per person because you pay for another session and you HAVE TO buy a glow t-shirt. As a parent I was not impressed by how much bang for my buck I got.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this indoor slide park. While the front desk staff were calm and polite, the situation inside the park was the complete opposite. After we paid for admission, we were allowed in without being given the required socks. Once inside, several young staff members approached my children and other families in an extremely rude and aggressive manner about not having socks—something that was not our fault since none were provided to us at entry. Their tone was disrespectful and confrontational, especially considering they were speaking to children. What made things worse was the way they escalated the situation. Staff began raising their voices, which frightened my children to the point that they ran to me in fear. I was then approached in a hostile way as well, and there were threats to call security over an issue that could have easily been handled calmly and professionally. This is supposed to be a safe, family-friendly environment, and that behavior was completely inappropriate. On top of that, there was an attempt to charge us a third time for admission, which added even more frustration to an already stressful situation. Overall, the lack of communication, poor organization, and especially the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from the inside park staff made this a horrible experience for my family. No parent should have to deal with their children being yelled at or made to feel unsafe in a public family venue.

I went with my friend, her little sister, and her little sister's friend. I am 15, my friend is 14, and her little sister and her little sister's friend are 6 and 7. It is great for a big range of ages but probably the minimum age is probably like 5 or 6. We all had a great time!! The only bad thing was that we had to wait 20-30 minutes to get in. We loved all the slides!! But on the green slide me and my friend's legs were all scraped up after we got off and a couple other kids there were saying the same thing, but overall it was a great experience!! I will definitely be coming back.

Had my Daughter's birthday there its a little more on the pricey side but it was worth it every kid had a blast its new its a work out as well kids loved it, I would like to add though in the future to add a option to pause time for cake and ice cream so it dosent cut into the kids sliding time or add 30 minutes:)
