  We are weekly customers at this location. We purchase monthly passes and have loved everything they have to offer. Our child has special needs and most the staff have been very accommodating and understanding. It can get a bit wild especially in the dodgeball area but that is to be expected. Overall great experience.

  Had a great time at Slick City Action Park. The facility was very clean, felt brand new, and had plenty of staff throughout the park available to assist guests and keep things running smoothly. We attended a birthday party there, and the party staff and servers were very attentive. Constantly refilling pitchers of drinks, bringing out warm pizza and snacks, and making sure everyone was taken care of. The food was surprisingly good as well. We ordered the funnel cake sticks, and they were fresh, hot, and absolutely amazing. There was also plenty of seating available for parents, which made it comfortable while the kids played. This is definitely a fun place for children, but I would caution parents that kids should already know how to properly use slides before attempting some of the larger attractions. One child did end up with a bruised nose after riding the large yellow slide that scoops riders up and drops them down pretty quickly, so supervision is important on some of the more intense slides. One unusual downside was the massage chairs. They had a very strange feature that felt extremely uncomfortable, almost like the massager was pushing directly upward in an awkward way. We thought maybe it was just one chair malfunctioning, but we tried two different chairs and both did the same thing. Overall though, this was a great experience for kids, a fun birthday party venue, and a nice place for families to spend time together.

  The place is clean, safe, and well-managed. We had a difficult experience last week when my son was hurt by other kids, but the manager and the entire staff were incredibly supportive and helpful. They handled everything kindly and professionally. Thank you for the great service.

  “We had such a great experience at Slick City! It was the perfect spot for a birthday celebration. Everything was well organized, and the staff made sure we had what we needed the whole time. The atmosphere was fun, energetic, and family-friendly. The kids stayed entertained the entire time, which made it so worth it. I also loved how smooth the party process was from start to finish. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone planning a party!”
