- MEMia EhmanApr 22, 20261.0I enjoy going to Marcus theaters but an employee named Mark has permanently ruined my experience for the Marcus theaters at Dardenne prairie, also known as Marcus Theaters town square. I have seen him quite a few times directly stick his hand in the popcorn machine intended for customers use. The theater continuously looks a mess whenever I have visited that specific theater and noticed him working each time. I am highly disappointed in Marcus theaters for allowing an employee to be in direct health code violation. I am disgusted with what I have witnessed, and will no longer be returning to that specific movie theater due to their lack of concern for Marks direct violation of health code. 1/5 stars, and do not at all recommend to my fellow consumers.

It’s extremely outdated, dirty, and it’s ridiculous they charge the same price as other Marcus theatres. It’s worth the drive to a different one for better screen, speaker, seat, popcorn, and overall everything else quality.
