  Bought a ticket for a 10pm movie with my email showing that the tickets were paid for. Got there at 9:50 & the doors were locked. I cannot get my money back because you can’t cancel a ticket 30 minutes before a showing. Called the office 3 times & no one answered the phone but there was a worker standing behind the doors talking to her friends.

  I WENT TO THIS THEATER ON 2 SEPARATE OCCASIONALLY A FEW MONTHS APART AND EACH EXPERIENCE WAS THE SAME!!! I THOUGHT AFTER EACH SHOWING THE STAFF IS SUPPOSED TO CLEAN THE THEATERS??? WELL BOTH TIMES I WENT IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! I PAY TO BE COMFORTABLE NOT HAVING TO CLEAN OTHER PEOPLE'S GERMS AND FILTH FROM THE SHOWING BEFORE MINE!!! I KEEP SANITIZER WITH ME... SO I LITERALLY HAD TO SANITIZE AND CLEAN THE LEFT OVER FOOD AND CRUMBS FROM PREVIOUS GUESTS... I FEEL LIKE THAT IS UNFAIR TO HAVE TO DO!!! YOU CAN BARELY FIND THE STAFF AND THEY SEEM ANNOYED WHEN ASKED QUESTIONS!!! THEY NEED TO IMPROVE TREMENDOUSLY

  Terrible place high ticket prices didn’t get my food till a hour after I ordered. Then the order was wrong had to send it back still came back wrong spent $80 on food

  I placed an order at the very beginning of the movie, including a Celsius, but never received the drink. No employee ever came to my seat to deliver it or follow up. I'm not saying much but it should not be that hard to grab a canned drink and bring it to someone if that's the only thing in the receipt. Toward the end of the movie, my friend went to the bar and was given a Celsius for me. While I appreciate that gesture, it did not come from the original order being properly completed—it only happened because we had to go out of our way to address it ourselves. I brought this to the attention of a manager. He did apologize, but once I mentioned that my friend had already gotten me the drink, he seemed satisfied with that outcome and did not take any further steps to address the fact that the order was never fulfilled by staff in the first place. There was no real effort to acknowledge the service failure or ensure accountability. The issue isn’t just the missed item—it’s the lack of follow-through and ownership. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters. In this case, the response felt like the bare minimum, and the overall experience was lackluster.

  I enjoyed the Michael movie on April 26th, but the loaded Nachos were terrible!! We bought two of them and that was a biggest waste of over 30 dollars!!! We were so disappointed. The meat tasted burned and the cheese was cold!!! My wife didn’t let me return them or I would have. We just threw them away!!! Do not get the NACHO SUPREME or whatever they call it!!
