  A woman with green hair was very unfriendly towards us. It was our first time coming here to have some fun, and she seemed extremely unfriendly for no apparent reason. Then we went to play with claw machines. We didn’t know that we needed to go through an employee to enter, and no one bothered to check on us. Suddenly, she came over, looking displeased, and made us wait for a long time. She also spoke to someone higher up, whom I didn’t recognize. It was a very unpleasant experience.

  Absurdly expensive. Had I known the prices beforehand, I would have definitely gone with another option. The food was kind of sad. Fun was had by all but the buyers remorse was bad enough to push me away from ever considering a return visit.

  Hate the name. For that, 3 stars. Austin's what? Austin's amusement park? Well then, say so! Edit: I see your reply... How about Austin Family Fun Center? Should please everyone... but you really need to work on that name. Austin's Park is EXTREMELY GENERIC!!! Many people assume I'm telling them to meet me at the park. Then, they ask, "what park?" When I tell them, "Austin Park in Pflugerville." Then, they say, "wait. It's in Austin? Or in Pflugerville?" The discussion about the stupid name ends up going on forever. Change it! It's stupid not to.

  Everything was going well until we were trying to get on a carousel ride with my 5 and 2 year old , the company policy is that if you are not tall enough to ride alone that an adult has to hold you and that’s the same everywhere but It was new to me that you have to pay an extra full ticket ($8) to stand there an hold your son , talked to management everyone is just stating company policy and sent kids crying on Christmas Eve , thank you but we will not be returning again and yes I am not being cheap but it doesn’t make any sense

  Highly disappointed! Only food on the “buffet” was pizza and dry pasta and bread sticks when the ads on tik tok showed it to be way better! No options and looked & tasted like the food had been out since they opened at 11am! Could have went to the local little Caesar’s & got a better meal! Rude staff..came from Buda for the first time but definitely will not be making another trip..epic FAIL!
