place for their birthdays because until recently they had family passes, but this time I was surprised to find out they had been discontinued. So I asked for information about what they recommended for a family of three, to which the employee simply said that everything was sold separately. I asked her to charge me for five rides each on the go-karts and $50 for the arcade games. The girl charged me $200. Later, I noticed that she had overcharged me, so I went back to the cashier to check, and the girl told me that the only thing she could do was give me a $20 credit. In short, in my opinion, the employees need more customer service training

We went there yesterday and spent $75 for three people getting our ride and ride pass before 12pm which included mini golf (one game) and unlimited go karting. I thought it would be great but it took at least 20 minutes for the workers to reset the course between the go karting and so we had a thirty minute wait just to do that as others had just started on the course. It was super fume-y as go karting can be but the day pass was not fun. It didn’t include most of the activities and my 12 year olds didn’t enjoy it. Also the mini golf course is super simple and one of the courses (the one that looks cooler) was closed. Pretty disappointing.

*** Splinters from the mini golf flags!! They’re designed to be pulled out of the hole, yet left fiberglass/plastic clear splinters in mine and my son’s hands. This should not be happening. Great place overall - lack of kids food options making food quite overpriced. The woman making the boba drinks made 5 back to back, all wrong. Every single one had something wrong with it. No variety in go karts, so most kids can’t drive. The bungee jumping harnesses needs padding on the inside of the thighs - ouch. Fix the boats! No instructions when playing laser tag, and it was my son’s first time, so he had no idea what to do and I had to explain it. Also, when you start, you’re supposed to walk a certain way to activate your sensors, the attendant did not tell us that, so that took a while to figure out how to even start playing. We had fun and made the most of it, but for the price, there really should be some changes to make sure people are getting what they pay for. The employees were amazing, even with being understaffed and having to rotate between attractions. We did not play the arcade games, way too expensive to justify. But the ticket counter looks like decent ticket prices for the prizes.

Everything is old here. I would not recommend. Staff isn’t very attentive. Banging cages a worn, go carts died while going around the track.
