I didn’t get an email or anything saying it was canceled. I go there and they scan my ticket and they give me the physical ticket, but then I head to the theater and they put another movie in the theater I was gonna watch my movie in, and just completely didn’t care about me and the ticket I purchased. The employee said their gm changes showtimes without letting them know. You suck gm! 👎 this was a horrible experience and lack of care and communication for the guest. How could you just cancel a showtime and not let the guest who bought a ticket for that showtime know?
