- TTTfueArchive2 days ago1.0I went to this theater hoping to enjoy the movie without distractions, but the four people directly in front of me had their phones out the entire time, texting, scrolling, and lighting up the screen constantly. It was impossible to focus on the film with their bright screens glaring right in my line of sight for the full two hours. I left my seat to alert an employee, clearly explaining the situation and pointing out exactly where the group was sitting. Unfortunately, nothing was done. The staff member acknowledged it but took no action, no warning, no request for them to stop, nothing. When I returned, the phone use continued uninterrupted. Cinemark plays that pre-movie message about no phone use, but it feels completely meaningless here. The policy clearly isn’t enforced at all, and the staff doesn’t seem to care about protecting the experience for paying customers.

The staff also refused to call the police after I had my life threatened infront of the manager by this man. Becareful taking your families here- safety is not a concern for the staff apparently!

The employees were friendly, attentive, and engaging any questions that I had they were willing and ready to answer. Honestly I felt very comfortable and very at home there. I definitely recommend stopping by to see for yourself. This will for sure be my go to movie spot from now on.
