We recently celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday at The Harrison Ballroom, and it was amazing. The place has a great vibe, classy and cozy, which made it perfect for our party. It’s a good size, super clean, and honestly a fantastic deal for the cost. The staff was awesome, helping us set up and checking in all night to keep things running smoothly. Everyone we invited kept saying how much they loved the venue. It really made the night special, and we’d book it again without hesitation. Five stars! Shoutout to Mindy for going above and beyond!!

I have debated for a while to do this review, but I feel it is necessary for anyone wanting to rent this venue. The owner has 2 other event venues for you to rent out for birthday parties. My family had rented out their 3 different venues 5 times over the course of 1 year, but we were still treated with so much disrespect at the time of our 5th event. We rented the Harrison Ballroom for the 2nd time because it is so beautiful, but the 1st time the audio and mics were horrible. So, for our 2nd time, we came in for a sound check to make sure all audio would work. During the event, the audio started to fail which affected the time delay on our fashion show. The lady working the event from the Harrison Ballroom was so rude and tried to charge us extra to stay, when their equipment was not working. Then she tried to kick us out. We had to speak to the facility owner and explain the full issue. The owner was apologetic, but was never told by the lady working the event that the audio went wrong. The lady working the event only told the owner half the story. The year before, which was our 1st year using the Harrison Ballroom, we were told by another employee, who was the event coordinator, that we would receive the venue for free because we are a non-profit. We were advised that once a year, they give one non-profit an opportunity to come in for free for their event. Well, the employee never discussed this with the owner and on our way to sign the contract, we were told we would have to pay. We gave grace because the venue was so beautiful. We had issues the same employee working our event. She was rude and very impatient. This is a gorgeous venue, but I don't think it is worth the headache. We have worked with major venues before for over 8 years and this by far was the WORSE. Especially since my family has booked so many events with them. The way they treated repeat customers was ridiculous and unprofessional!
