I didn't want to leave my seat to go and get refund then I would miss out on my movie.When I asked the cashier by the name of David he said he needed a manager. Well, the manager with no name tag wanted my credit card I gave it to him since I didn't ask for receipt. He grabbed my credit card and he appeared frustrated and was tapping my credit card several times...He said he couldn't help me and that he needed to get someone else. Well, I told I didn't appreciate him tapping my credit card the way he did. The manager was offended thinking I said something else and then I said I don't appreciate the way your handling by credit card and asked for his name since he had no Name tag. I left and went to get someone else, but I couldn't wait since my family member wasn't feeling well, so we left. I would had appreciate if someone contact me. I checked the internet for email to explain to corporate what transpired.
