- BMBarbara MillerDec 16, 20255.0Jennifer and Jeff Herrin arranged for our grand piano to be shipped from HHI to North Carolina. They came to our home and did an excellent job of securing, wrapping and placing the piano on the skid board. They then moved it to their store to await the shipping company. The shipping company, for some unknown reason, removed the wrapping and during the course of shipping the piano body was dinged and scratched. The shipping company denied responsibility. Jennifer and Jeff worked with us to get the piano repaired and they covered the cost, even though they were not responsible for the damage. It is so refreshing to work with a business that has values and isn't just about making money. We appreciate and highly recommend Herrin Piano.

They were all very patient and helped to educate us on the unique differences between them. The entire staff was excellent to work with. They carry a large variety of brands, ages, and styles. We looked at several pianos and never felt rushed. Delivery went really well. Very professional. Thankful we went here and encourage you to stop by if you are looking for a piano. They also do lessons and have excellent instructors on staff. Highly recommend Herrin Piano.
