I emailed and they said due to high volume they are behind, yet people that went after me had received theirs I have called and I was told I would receive them in a week, that was back in mid August. My mom just called and they said that we’ll receive them in 7-10 days. They keep telling us that we’ll get them within a certain amount of time and we never do.
