The service is very slow and the menu is extremely high priced especially for the low quality and portions of the food. The minimum amount required to spend is insulting considering the horrific food. Won’t be back.

As others have stated, it's a great venue with mediocre, overpriced food, cramped seating, and slow table service. The balcony seats are a bit less cramped than the floor seats. We've sat in both areas for various shows. The balcony seats on the ends have the air conditioning blowing directly at you. The food prices are absurd for the quality. There's a $25 minimum per person purchase requirement. The servers in the balcony area weren't very attentive.
Suggestions for improvement:
1) Increase spacing between the floor seats.
2) Small changes to the food quality would make a big impact (fresh cut fries, thicker burger patties, etc. ).
3) Put an air deflector on the ac vents above the end balcony tables.
4) Servers should be monitoring tables on a regular time schedule.
5) Allow people order their food and drinks in advance on the website.
6) Provide handicap parking and/or valet.
It really is a great venue and there are a lot of great artists who play here. I think a few small changes would go a long way to improve the experience.

I have been to a few drag shows here, food and service is great. However, there is a recurring customer that has been at every show i have gone to and I have somehow been lucky enough to sit behind them and have my whole experience ruined. The lady is drunk falling over herself, falling over my table, standing in my way so I cant see the stage, and staff just let it happen. It is disappointing because we would love to have a membership and attend all the drag functions, but we will likely never return as this person always seems to be at these events. It sucks to spend money to watch a show and instead be distracted by a drunk woman.

Had a terrible experience at an event. I was told by multiple employees AND the artist to get in line for a meet and greet that could be paid for at the door. After waiting around 30 mins, an employee told us that we needed to leave the line and did not give us any further explanation. Very rude and unwilling to communicate. I will not be back.

As a music lover, sometimes you have to suck it up and go to a crappy room to see an artist you love. This CW is straight outta the '90s in style, has some of the worst food and service I've ever had, and I won't risk going unless I have no other choice. In other words, I won't take a chance on new (to me) artists here as it's not worth it.
The seating layout is uncomfortable, awkward, and needs serious help. It's not rocket science, but you can sure tell there's no rocket scientists at hand.
I have myriad stories, but just today - the host got snappy thinking that we didn't have enough tickets when I arrived to be seated, and made us jump through hoops to prove it. My friends' drinks were missing half their stated (on the menu) components and the server got snappy when asked about it, and then brought over things to add that were still incorrect. I ordered two drinks and food all at the same time, I received one drink. No one checks on you during the show. When checking out, upon realizing I never received my order, I got no apology and they charged me $16 for a Jameson.
For a place with so many locations and a reputation, you would *think* they coukd do better. I will literally look to go to other cities before settling for seeing someone here.
