Paige is an outstanding aerial coach at Aerial Arts Rochester. She has a clear, patient teaching style and a remarkable ability to break down movements so they make sense in the body. Whether in private lessons or group classes, she meets students exactly where they are and helps them progress with confidence. Paige is consistent in her feedback, always supportive, and skilled at balancing challenge with encouragement. Paige and the rest of the crew at Aerial Arts Rochester create a welcoming space for learners of all levels and ages!

Extremely disappointed by the response then lack of further response over trying to have a birthday party here. There website clearly days parties are for 4 and up and when I inquired i was rudely told absolutely not they're for 6 and up and when I pointed out that their website said otherwise I was ignored.

BE CAREFUL BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR THIS MEMBERSHIP!!!! The owner has absolutely zero compassion and will not help you if you’re unaware of the fine print regarding their “roll over” policy. Instructors, the front desk, their advertising and everything will tell you that unused classes will roll over to the following month, but no one will ever explain to you there’s a cap to the amount that roll over until after you’re automatically charged hundreds of dollars for months of classes that don’t exist. If you explain to them your family member is dying and you were too busy taking care of their hospice plans to attend classes and had no idea this policy existed and ask if there’s anything they can do to help you, they will tell you that you signed a contract and should’ve read it better. I have loved the classes here, but my heart is broken over their lack of communication and compassion. This is incredibly unfair, and I just want you to know the reality of what you’re signing up for before you get trapped by predatory policies and fine print no one will ever mention like I did. Edit: To respond to Jennifer’s comment below, I DID directly talk to the front desk about pausing my membership, but I told her I enjoyed going to the gym for my mental health, and although I couldn’t make it often during that time, I was hesitant to fully pause it because I still wanted to go minimally, and the woman at the front desk reassured me that my classes would roll over, and NEVER MENTIONED there being a cap to the amount of classes that would roll over, to which I said “oh ok, great! Thank you!” And walked away smiling thinking they would all just roll over 🤷‍♀️ this policy was never made clear to me, even when I asked directly about pausing my membership and decided against it because I was reassured my classes would roll over. This is not fair, and I went to the front desk to let them know prior to me emailing the owner that I was charged for classes that didn’t roll over, and the front desk person also agreed this was not fair. I did everything I should’ve done in this situation and attempted to pause my membership but didn’t because of information the front desk told me, so I’m going to leave this review up so everyone is aware of what this membership entails since it’s never going to be clearly communicated by anyone.
