  Steve and Jordan were absolutely fantastic to work with! They were responsive and and genuinely invested in creating an incredible experience. They not only secured top-tier talent for our wedding but also helped us coordinate the production partner who brought the entire vision to life. Everything ran seamlessly, from artist arrivals to on-site logistics, and the result was an elevated, stress-free celebration that exceeded all expectations. We’ll absolutely be using Booking Entertainment again for future events!

  What a nightmare! Joanna who is the “ Secretary “ was extremely rude and basically the person who handles the Country acts bookings was very unprofessional while we were trying to book an Artist for the US Armed Forces! Not helpful! Claims he didn’t get my email! Secretary wants to argue about how it could easily go to spam emails! Not doing any justice for these artist! They don’t know how to treat people! Instead of finding out what event it was for the Military, they want to treat you as if you don’t have money telling me that most of their acts are $500k++! This may be true in some cases but definitely not true with the price ranges on their page. Don’t even care that it’s a Government Event for the Military and families! Which there was a big budget for but his thing is most of these acts are $500k++. he didn’t even take the time to find out what the event was for and still did not care that it was for our Armed Forces on Independence Day on top of that! I named off 10 that weren’t even close to $500k and he was just did not care! Then I asked to speak to the CEO because if their “auto” reply it says to contact him directly if you want help from him. Secretary Joanne was not having it saying I can’t talk while she’s talking when she’s doing the exact same! Worst representation for these artist!!!! Instead of saying…. Hey… it’s for the US Armed Forces, let’s find what we have for the budget! Mind you…. It wasn’t a small budget! He just insist that most of these acts are $500k++ whatever the ++ means.

  Nicole was rude and extremely unprofessional. She unfortunately lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in business as a result of her ignorance. I would give a 0 Stars if it was an option.
