Tickets were overpriced, no vape rule was stupid, there were plenty of spots outside customers could've vaped. It wasn't really long at all, just the lines to walk through were long. Nothing but portapotties. This place lacked employees and it showed! No one to let you in the houses, so it was just a nonstop congaline, the man in front of me was pointing out all the scare spots. I loved the Edm house, but not one scare actor was in there, we came from Albany hoping for so much more! I enjoyed that you played movies while we waited in line, and security was pretty intense for a seasonal thing. Def need staffing throughout the whole place.

Sets were neat enough but that wasn't enough to make up for the incohesive themes, lazy actors, awful pacing, broken effects, overuse of mannequins, generic haunt imagery, and insane pricing for the experience you get. They let WAY too many people in at once so you end up stopping every 2 feet or moving at a snail's pace and having the scares in front of you ruined by the fact that you're squished in with so many other groups. The people in front of us were particularly obnoxious, ruining the experience by stopping to fondle the props, taking pictures, and trying to mess with the actors; which I know is not the park's fault but even at that, the amount of people forced through at once congested and bottle-necked the pathways so much that I found myself getting frustrated and bored more than scared. Some of the outdoor sections also felt lazy, just throwing some props in a tree just to be able to add some length to the walkthrough even though it doesn't add any substance towards the experience. Also, don't call a couple of carved pumpkins and the gift shop "attractions" when lumping them into the rest of the actual houses; definitely felt like a ripoff for that. Unfortunately most of the bad reviews for this place are people just complaining that security took their vape which made me think this park had something unique to offer but what I got was very underwhelming, very generic, and very overpriced. I reserved a day and traveled very far to come here and my disappointment is immeasurable. Such a letdown. It's also advertised as the "longest" haunted attraction but we were in and out in less than an hour and that was even with stopping and waiting and waiting and more waiting for the people in front of us.

We traveled 2hrs for this and it was NOT worth it. First off, idk if the world record for walkthroughs that they claim to hold include the long queue we had to walk through bc that was the longest part. There are also NOT 10 ā€œAttractionsā€. About 3 were a good length, 3 were really short, and a few were not houses at all. Also of these attractions, they didn’t carry the theme throughout each one by the end for some of them. They felt more like Hollywood set walkthroughs than a scare attraction. One was the merch stand and the other is a photo op. The sets looked really good but there’s like ….maybe 3-5 actors in SOME houses, and NONE in others so it was walking through cool looking buildings with a few scares here and there. We were really just walking through hallways or series of mannequins in certain sets. They also used cheap fog in a few of them so we all started to feel stuffy, scratchy, and light headed through the ones with fog. There was also NO crowd control - people were stopping in front of us around every corner of the house so we kept seeing everything that happens in advance and were waiting in lines in the houses because of them and there was nobody to keep them from continuing (and they were also touching props and being obnoxious, so I think someone there would be good making sure everything was maintained and the actors were okay). They were also using their flashlights in the attractions or taking photos. Also, it claims to be 2-3 hours of a walkthrough. We did it INCLUDING WAITING for an hour and a half. If we didn’t have those people in front of us, it would be less than an hour. It felt very short staffed- I will say, some did really well and were funny or committed well. I kind of really want my money back, but I did complete the experience so I’m not going to ask. But I would suggest not going here if you got to this part of the review. Not worth the money AT ALL! It was also so expensive , and I’ve come to find out for no reason. They had nothing they advertised in my opinion.

I think my expectations were extremely high and it was just another average haunted attraction. We got the RIP pass and it was not necessary. The 10 attractions felt like 5 and when I got to Monster Midway, I thought that was the midpoint of the path. But to my surprise it was the end. They will photograph you once you get to the chainsaw man. So just be prepared, as I was not and you couldn't see anything but my arm. They will try and sell you the photos at the end. But you can take a selfie and they will print it with their border for 5$. Also, their website says no recording...but the group in front of us was recording the entire time and it just slowed every one else down. Staff saw them, but did nothing about it as they claimed they would on the website.
