A solid lounge with an incredibly large grab-and-go section. The grab-and-go section had an extensive selection of breakfast options, light lunch, snacks and a coffee area. Compared to the AmEx Centurion Lounge this is a great lounge, especially if you need something quick. The interior space is smaller than the AmEx lounge but very beautiful. In terms of food, AmEx offers a self-serve buffet but nothing to go, while the Capital One lounge features pre-portioned dishes, but a huge grab-and-go section.

Exceeding long wait n terrible staff, worst lounge experience I ever had. Treating customers as if we owe them a debt. I recommend not to renew your membership, I will certainly not.

Superb lounge. No waitlist! Excellent food! Pot roast, coconut curry chicken, beet salad. Draft beer, espresso martini. Grab and go items unlike Chase Sapphire waste of time, PoS. This will be my goto spot for any United flights!

Denied entry after waiting for 45 min in the waitlist because my boarding pass did not have a seat number assigned since my flight is oversold. My ticket is confirmed and says see agent for seat number at gate so they can assign me a paid seat for free. I’m not on standby.
This rule about seat numbers is exclusive to capital one and needs to be changed.
UPDATE: was able to enter the chase sapphire lounge with my boarding pass. No seat number required. 15 min into the lounge, I got my assigned seat number from Alaska.
What a crazy policy capital one. Do better!
