I was assured by multiple employees I mattered as a valued customer and should get a free pass to a future showing. After a bunch of back and forth I initiated, all I got was an anonymous refund, and some weak excuse about being a non-profit Non-profits ARE just like for-profit businesses with expenses, revenue, customers, and employees too! They made a bad choice choosing $24 over a loyal valued customer and a bad reputation. I won’t be back, and don’t recommend anyone risking driving to Charlotte just to get turned around.

Lowkey, this is better than the St. Louis science center 🫣 I mean, if I was a kid I’d be here all day. The exhibits were so fun and relatable perfect for kids - made it fun to learn. They made it fun for adults!! It has multiple levels of exhibits, an imax theater, and a bunch of learning rooms. The interactivity of every single thing made it engaging the entire time.
