Honestly the experience was very fun and my little brother loved this place for his birthday. His favorite room was getting through the laser beams. My only problem with Beat The Bomb is that you cannot contact the establishment directly if you have an issue with a reservation or any problem really, which I had. Their phone number directs you to their headquarters on NY and every time you call it has you pick which location you’re at, puts you in que for a rep (supposedly) and after 10 minutes of waiting for a rep it says we cant come to the phone right now and to leave a message. I called like 6 times and the same thing every time!! It is completely ridiculous for such an establishment(s) to not have their own phone for conflict resolutions. Ryan, the manager, was kind enough to hear my complaints and gifted my little brother with some free passes for our trouble. Oh yeah, I also tried contacting them through the website and they got back to me after the reservation i needed changed passed and they don’t do refunds if you “miss your reservation”! Terrible customer service on the corporate end.

Extremely Disappointed – Great Mission, Zero Customer Service or Memories We visited Beat The Bomb this past Saturday and spent $200 on our mission, only to walk away with an extremely sour taste due to poor customer service and a failure to deliver on what was promised. At the Bar: Despite sitting directly at the bar, the bartender repeatedly ignored us, serving multiple guests who approached after us. This was a frustrating and disrespectful way to start our visit. The Mission: We genuinely enjoyed the mission itself, which is the only reason for the single star. It was fun, creative, and engaging. The Major Issue: We were clearly told that our mission photos and video would be delivered within one hour, or the next morning before noon at the latest. It is now Monday morning and we have received nothing. Lack of Communication: Since Saturday, I’ve made multiple attempts to call and email to resolve this. I have not been able to reach a single person or receive any assistance. After spending $200, we were excited to have photo and video memories of the one part of the experience we actually enjoyed. Instead, we’re left with absolutely nothing. The failure to deliver on a core promise, combined with the complete lack of customer service is unacceptable.

Went for my 12 year old's birthday. She had told us beforehand that she wanted to get slimed even if we won. We did not win, but we ALL had the best time! The games are set up so that intergenerational groups do really well (kids ace the laser rooms and adults kill the word puzzles). Groups of all adults will also have the best time, I promise. We will definitely be coming back!

Beat The Bomb was such an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff had great energy and made everything easy and fun. The games were creative, challenging, and had us laughing the whole time. It’s the perfect spot for team outings, date nights, or just trying something new with friends. I’ll definitely be back — highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had such a blast at the escape room! From the moment we walked in, the energy was awesome. Arron, our bartender, set the tone right away — super friendly, fun to talk to, and made some of the best drinks we’ve had in a while. His recommendations were spot-on and really added to the overall vibe. Our host, rockey, was incredible — engaging, funny, and made the entire experience feel like an adventure from start to finish. The room itself was well-designed and challenging in all the right ways, but Rocket’s enthusiasm and guidance kept the whole group energized and laughing the entire time. Between the great drinks, awesome staff, and clever puzzles, this was one of the best nights out we’ve had in a long time. Huge thanks to Arron and Rocket for making it such a memorable experience — we’ll definitely be coming back!
