Dominic is the worst employee I have had the displeasure of dealing with this year. The track is dirty, short, and the staff here is extremely rude. I was harassed, had my race cut short, and was denied a refund after the worst experience I have ever had at a kart track. The manager on duty defended the employees rude behavior, and my friends and I will never be returning.

I had a disappointing experience at this go-kart racing facility. Two of the mall staff members were quite rude and seemed frustrated with some of the kids we brought to have fun and race and other racers who were accidentally bumping into the wall barriers. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, they were seen slapping the 'slow down' signs against the cage, expressing their annoyance with dramatic gestures like rolling there eyes an other things, such as putting their hands on their faces and stomping their feet. Their behavior towards the children was unprofessional and disrespectful overall I don’t think we will be coming back at all.
