Fantastic space architecturally. Excellent parking, extraordinarily clean bathrooms, and friendly staff. I appreciated the historical artifacts; I wish there were however more on view. I did appreciate the window overlooking archives; what would have taken it to a higher level is robot assisted retrieval that would bring items out and to the viewer. Contemporary museums in Europe have this as an option for their visitors. Some of the displays need updating. For ex., the indigenous market is no longer an asset and has been removed. I also wish there was more information about the Indian as a moniker with sports teams; it barely scratched the surface. Overall, I did find the exhibition space well researched and very informative. An area for growth would be about the 2 Spirit community within the native experience.
