My decision to specifically attend a screening of Wicked: For Good in the UltraScreen DLX Cinema featuring Dolby Atmos was predicated on the promise of a superior, immersive cinematic experience. What I received was a profound technical failure that severely compromised the film's artistic integrity and my viewing experience. The single redeeming factor, and the only justification for not assigning a one-star rating, was the picture quality, which was indeed excellent. However, this is utterly overshadowed by the abysmal state of the audio presentation. The sound mix was, to put it plainly, horrendous. The vocal and dialogue track was rendered almost unintelligible, struggling desperately beneath an over-amplified and dominating instrumental score. The technical deficit was so glaring that the audio quality during the pre-feature previews was noticeably superior to the sound during the actual feature film. In a move of good faith, I alerted a member of the theater staff, who reportedly investigated and possibly enacted a minor technical adjustment. While the audio did improve marginally afterward, the core problem remained unresolved, and the poor quality nearly destroyed my ability to appreciate the film. My optimism was rooted in the potential of this specific, technology-enhanced auditorium to elevate the viewing of a film like Wicked, which is designed for spectacular, intricate sound design. Instead of a premium experience that surpassed prior screenings of Wicked Part 1, this presentation delivered an unacceptable degree of technical incompetence. Let this serve as a clear warning: I will not return to this "special" auditorium. The failure of the Dolby Atmos system to properly balance a critical element like dialogue and vocals demonstrates a dereliction of duty regarding the maintenance and calibration required for a high-tier presentation format. My high hopes were dashed by a failure that should be an impossibility in a supposedly premium cinema. I am now compelled to seek out a different chain, such as an IMAX cinema at AMC, in the desperate hope of finally securing the audio fidelity that this film demands and that this establishment failed to provide.

The popcorn was cold and the Dr. Pepper which I did not put any ice in was flat. Cost 2 people- $36.00! Complete ripoff for theatre food.

This review pertains to the concessions. I arrived at the theater at 1:00pm for a matinee movie and stepped up to the concession stand order 1 small and 1 medium popcorn with 1 small and 1 medium beverage. Total bill $35.49 what a bargain for cold stale popcorn!!! I knew something was wrong when I couldn't smell any popcorn. This crud was bagged from the previous day. What a rip off and of course at a bargain price. The cherry on the cake was they wanted a tip at the bottom of the receipt.
