  We host a birthday party here every year. While some things have improved from last years experience, others have diminished. We paid a comparable rate to have the UNLIMITED package. This provides us 2 hours unlimited access to almost all attractions and prefilled arcade cards. Matt Munn was the gentleman whom helped me book via email, he was very easy to work with! Thank you, Matt. I enjoy this package perks the most. This year, our service staff hosting our party was wonderful! I wish I wrote down her name, she was very pleasant. Another young lady had taken our payment and I had to ask for my host to come review the payment as it was $100.00 higher than I anticipated. We talked it over and she agreed it was indeed $100.00 too high. They changed it, but the lady taking my payment didn’t seem too enthused about reloading all the pre-filled cards. Every single ride and attraction was available, however, they were not all staffed. We had to ask other ride operators for service at three different attractions. I was trying to grab all of my party for one attraction so they all had the same opportunity to ride the attraction before the operator might leave again. Not having an operator on site leaves guests a little confused if the ride is operable. I am always a little timid hosting here due to the exposure of the mall itself. This mall, unfortunately, has had their share of crime. I hate how accessible this location is to ANYBODY. And as kids get older, they have access to just walk out of this location as well directly into the mall. I will say, there were MULTIPLE law enforcement officers parked out front of Malibu Jack’s entrance. There were at least 3 officers monitoring the entirety of this location while we were there. This is a huge bonus and I believe makes a difference for comfort levels. Much appreciated! Overall, my experience was decent. Most of the staff was overall friendly. Ride operators seemed the least enthused of the bunch. We will be back next year and hope it’s even better than before! Thank you!

  We have had our daughter's birthday parties here for several years. Malibu Jack's supplies the pizza, drinks, and all needed flatware, so the only extra work for us is bringing in a cake or cupcakes. The kids love the bounce beach and the other attractions. We always get rave reviews from the kids and their parents about what a great time they had at her party. She's already asking us about when we can take her back.

  I’ve been three times now and it has consistently delivered. Great customer service, especially from Landon at the go-carts. The food is a little pricey and you’ll have to wait a bit if it’s busy. Occasionally, there will be some technical difficulties (the audio was out on one attraction) but the staff responded quickly to fix the situation. I went for the kids but it has an appeal that extends to adults and potential corporate events as well.

  Use to be a good place. We went this last time and spent $300 for the unlimited day pass and a large amount of arcade dollars. The crew that day was beyond rude, and very short staffed. Half the rides were broken or needed charged with no ETA on when they could be rode. I counted 9 arcade machines that did not work, some without signs. Around $50 went into machines that we could not use. The staff that was available to help dressed very unprofessional and acted in a way my 4 year old daughter asked why she was so sad, and didn’t want to smile with her. Will no be waisting money here again. Having something local was nice, but we will be going to Indy from now on.

  I rate Malibu Jack’s 2 stars. It is a very nice place and very clean. However, I chose to have my 4 year old daughter’s birthday party here today and the host was absolutely horrible. I paid practically $500 for this party for 3 TABLES. The host did not help me not one bit and the party schedule was wack. Come to the party, eat, open presents THEN go play?! The host did not serve the pizza, she did not pick up trash off the table when transitioning from eating and singing happy birthday. It was literally all a mess and as a parent I should not have been as stressed and overwhelmed as I was. After eating pizza, it’s trash all over the table, a spilled drink on the floor, and no trash can in site. We literally had to ask for a trash can but it took a while due to the host not even being present. Next we started preparing to sing happy birthday and the lady did not HELP AT and was no where to be found besides when I asked for a knife for the cake. I also called before hand to ask how many tables I’ll have in my birthday space so I can make sure I have enough space for everyone and so I could buy table clothes to match her theme. Matt said I will have 6 rectangle tables and when I came there were literally 3 so I spent my money on 6 clothes for absolutely no reason, SMH. I PAID $500 FOR 3 TABLES AND TO BE STRESSED OUT THE WHOLE PARTY. We had to move everything to a booth after 1.5 hour and I COULDNT WAIT, literally started moving our stuff even before the party ended because I was so disappointed in the lack of support. I had to pay first before everyone could get their game cards and they are literally asking for a tip. First of all, why would I tip you all before the party even starts for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I’m not tipping anybody ANYTHING. Yall didn’t deserve any of my money. ONE MORE THING. I booked this party MONTHS ago and Matt literally told us we would have ACCESS TO EVERYTHING in the building during our party. Once we got there today, I asked about bowling and the girl literally said bowling wasn’t included. I JUST PAID $500 for 12 kids at the party just for you all to lie and be unorganized?! What’s EVERYTHING to you all because when I hear we will have access to everything, that means everything in the building. For go karts, my daughter couldn’t even ride because they said her hair is the only thing touching the line so she’s not big enough. Months ago Matt literally told me that my daughter will be able to ride the go karts as long as a parent is with her. turns out EVERY SINGLE CHILD EVEN IF THEY WERE 13+ could not ride a go kart alone. They had to be 18+. SO WHY TELL ME THEY WILL BE ABLE TO RIDE?! The service was completely TRASH and I deserve at least half of my money back. I will never recommend to have a birthday party here. LACK OF COMMUNICATION, LACK OF SUPPORT. Never again. I WOULDVE BEEN BETTER OFF HOSTING MY OWN PARTY AT THE BOOTH THAT WE HAD TO MOVE TO AFTER 1.5 hours. WHY did I pay for a 2 hour party but can only stay at the table for 1.5 hours LIKE WHAT? Only good thing was spending time with family even though a lot were disappointed and their kiddie area but we attempted to make the best of it. The kiddie area, I rate a 10/10. I rate Malibu Jacks activities a 6/10, and the BIRTHDAY PARTIES, I RATE 0/0 ! Would surely appreciate if I can get half of my money back SMH!
